Tri-Folds can only be accessed by unlocking/opening up the tailgate. Tri-Folds allow you to decide how much of your bed you want open. The final third fold-in most cases-cover your back windsheild.

Solid One Piece Tonneaus have a key-lock on the top. They easily lift straight up- but dont allow much bed access. Some models come with lighting underneath.

RollnLock Retractable Tonneaus have key-lock on the top. They have 3 locking positions, allowing you to choose how much of your bed you want open, and a rope to easily grab to close tonneau back. Cargo manager comes purchased separate.

No tonneau cover is 100% water proof, but they are water resistant. Most have water tight seals on bed rails, and draining tubes.
Typical install time is roughly an hour- depending on tonneau.
